ViPR – an introduction

As a mobile personal trainer in Romford, Brentwood & Hornchurch, Essex, it’s not possible for me to bring the heavy weights machines that you’d expect to find in most gyms.

This is where I can be more creative and introduce clients to new and exciting ways to exercise.

Clients love using a piece of equipment I have called the ViPR. It stands for Vitality, Performance & Reconditioning.

Essentially, ViPR’s are long rubber tubes that weigh between 4kg and 26kg. They bridge the gap between movement and strength training and you may have seen them in your local gym.

By taking the ViPR and combining it with full-body movements, clients can feel the benefits immediately. The ViPR works to strengthen and tone the muscles of the body, especially the core muscles around the waist.

PT clients find this tool to be both fun and challenging whilst improving their mobility for everyday tasks and activities.
