As a mobile personal trainer based in Hatfield Peverel, Mike brings all the fitness equipment to a location that works best for you – either your home, place of work or local park.

Each session is uniquely tailored to your individual goals and because of Mike’s extensive exercise knowledge, it’s unlikely that you’ll ever have the same PT session twice. This creates more fun and keeps the body guessing to improve results.

Online personal training works in exactly the same way as if Mike were there with you in your own home or garden. All you need is WiFi and a smart phone, tablet or computer/laptop. He offers the same level of motivation as during a face to face PT session, along with advice, exercise correction to ensure that you are working out safely and effectively.
